1. Introduction to PAIA

The Promotion of Access to Information Act (Act No. 2 of 2000) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by the State and any information held by another person that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights. As a private security company, Cytolux Security is committed to transparency while maintaining necessary confidentiality for security operations.

The Protection of Personal Information Act (Act No. 4 of 2013) regulates how personal information is processed to protect individual privacy while enabling the free flow of information for economic and social development.
