• Offsite monitoring and surveillance
• VIP protection and close protection services
• Security system installation and maintenance
• Risk assessments and security consultancy
• Armed response services

3. Professional Standards

All security personnel employed by Cytolux Security are PSIRA registered and maintain current certifications. We adhere to the highest professional standards and operate in full compliance with South African security industry regulations.

4. Liability and Insurance

Cytolux Security maintains comprehensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual service contracts. Clients are advised to maintain their own insurance coverage for property and assets.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, security arrangements, and operational details. Our personnel are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional codes of conduct.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service contracts. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Late payment may result in service suspension and additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

7. Emergency Response

Our 24/7 emergency response services are subject to availability and operational constraints. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice period as specified in the service contract. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
